Note: Due to the recent outbreak of Coronavirus, we are experiencing unexpected processing and shipping delays in some orders. Services from certain suppliers and carriers may be affected, which means that orders may be delayed up to 1-3 more weeks. 1. Shipping & Delivery

We work with suppliers, manufacturers, and artisans around the world to source high-quality products. Our suppliers typically ship items from our international warehouse within 1 to 5 days of receiving an order. From that point, it takes 10-20 days for items to arrive. It will be worth the wait!

*As soon as your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you track your order at all times.

2. Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email of your order, after that within the next 2-5 business days you will receive another email with tracking information once the order ships. 

*Tracking number will be sent to you after 2-5 processing days and you will be able to track your order at all times.

3. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we provide shipping to over 200+ countries around the globe. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. 4. My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
