Please allow up to 3-5 weeks for delivery (average). Our items ship from our international warehouse. It will be worth the wait!

2. How long are shipping times? / When will you ship my items?

We work with suppliers, manufacturers, and artisans around the world to source high-quality products. Our suppliers typically ship items from our international warehouse within 1 to 5 days of receiving an order. From that point, it takes 10-25 days for items to arrive (below a table with an Average & Estimated Shipping Time by Country). It will be worth the wait!

In addition, each product at Globe Traveler Store has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

 *As soon as your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you track your order at all times.

3. Do you provide tracking information?

 Yes, you will receive a confirmation email of your order, after that within the next 2-5 business days you will receive another email with tracking information once the order ships.

 *Tracking number will be sent to you after 2-5 processing days and you will be able to track your order at all times.

4. Do you ship worldwide? / Do you deliver products internationally?

 Yes, Globe Traveler Store provides shipping to over 200+ countries around the globe every day. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you any questions about shipping to the country you are located, feel free to email us at globetravelerstore@gmail.com.

5. My tracking says “no information available at the moment."

 For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the tracking information to be shown in the tracking database. If you need any assistance tracking your order, please email us: globetravelerstore@gmail.com

 *For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.


6. What’s your refund policy?

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

7. What's your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Send us an email at globetravelerstore@gmail.com up to 7 days after receiving your package with the order number and the reason for the return along with a photo. We’ll be happy to help you!

8. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

9. I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size! can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us at globetravelerstore@gmail.com as soon as possible, and we might be able to take care of it. However, we can't guarantee anything in this case, as all of our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or the day after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Please contact us anyway, as we still care and we'll try to help in any case.

10. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.

11. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.
